The way I had to track this woman down. I never got my tickets. After a week of emailing I had to stalk her with multiple DMs via instagram to get a response. Then she tells me she doesn't even have tickets to the show for me and never did. I had to report to my credit card to hopefully get my money back. Never ever again. As a travel business owner myself I would never trust someone with such lack of communication. I'm out over 1k right now until this gets resolved. She even said she would get back to me and then never did. Just feels like a complete scam.

While the NHL official season came to an end and playoffs are fully under way without the Flyers, this game and what Julie offers in her suite made the game/season worth attending. Everything she offered during the season was well worth it each and every time we went to a game. The quality of food, overall drink selection, deserts, quality viewing area, and great atmosphere are top shelf. As the 2025-2026 season comes into view, I recommend you check out Julie's offering and give it a try. It's the only way I chose to go watch a live NHL game. Thank you for all your hard work, Julie. Looking forward to next season as well as your global series offerings.

I have to say I have been going to games for 20 years and I have sat and experienced all aspects of the rock. This is by far the best experience there is. From the amazing food to the people you meet it is a 10 out of ten experience. It is at the point where I will be only going to games if I can get tix in Julie’s box !

We had an amazing time at the Flyers vs Islanders game! Seats are amazing, food and drinks were all great and we were well taken care of throughout the game. Julie is a wonderful host! Highly recommend this experience for any hockey fans!

I have booked and been charged over 6K for the trip to Sweden 11/25. I have reached out to Julie no less than 10 times by phone, email, instagram dm/pm and facebook. I have not heard back from her. I received a “form” email from her early June that stated that she was having family issues and would return all emails. Along with that, she assured everyone that she would be sending monthly communication. I have yet to hear from her. I also reached out to this platform, Wetravel, they confirmed that Julie Approved is an organizer under their platform. They also reached out to her through email and have not received a response from her. They have suggested that I contact my credit card company

Over the years, I've been able to be a part of more than a dozen of Julie Approved games, events, and trips. Julie's knowledge and appreciation of the game of hockey is by far some of the best I've had the privilege to be around. When it comes to amenities in her suites, her personal touch and attention to detail make those game experiences truly unique and personable. When I've been able to join trips, it's as good as it gets because Julie tailors it to what each person likes to do. If I want to go and get in as much as you can or take it a little slower, Julie sets it up for how the individual wants to enjoy her trips. That kind of flexibility is why I keep coming back for more games, and look forward to more trips locally, and abroad in the future. If you love the game of hockey and appreciate the respect and care that Julie can offer, then you need to treat yourself. I couldn't ask for a more honest and professional host. Thank you, Julie, for all your hard work, and for offering such memorable experiences. Can't wait for the next one.

Recently bought suite tickets for the Flyers/Ducks game in Philly. Absolutely incredible experience. Everyone in the suite was there to have a great time and that was entirely because of the energy and vibes Julie brought, it all starts with her! Can't wait to book a trip with Julie to see the Flyers on the road. 11/10 would recommend!!!
